The Pretty Chic theme by Pretty Darn Cute is an elegant blog theme, with a gorgeous color. The main features of the theme are the sticky header, the widgetized home page, and the width of the theme. In a time when so many themes are taking advantage of wider monitors, the Pretty Chic theme takes us back to the day when most themes had a “standard” width of 960px. Many people love this feature, but I’ve received a number of requests to widen the theme, either to provide a larger content area, or a wider advertising space in the primary sidebar.
To widen the theme, you’ll need to make a number of adjustments, not just to the content width, or the sidebar width, but also to other things, such as:

- Image sizes for the home page widgets
- Widget widths (and heights)

Replace it with this:
Then open up your stylesheet, and replace the existing content with this [link]
If you have already customized your stylesheet in any way, updating the entire stylesheet will override any customizations you have made. If this is the case, then you’ll need to compare the updated stylesheet against the original, to see what was changed.
